This is a room for sublet in a three room apartment. The other two rooms are occupied by two mid 20s, professional, clean, and respectful females. The apartment is two stories with a spiral stair case. It has hard wood floors, cable and internet, free parking less than a block away, and in a PERFECT area. The only reason I need to leave is because I am starting a new lease with a friend moving into town. There is everything you need within steps including all transportation options. Utilities are never more than 150 and average less than 100. The only furniture you will need is for the bedroom unless you would like to bring more. The bedroom is a good size and has a huge closet. The other two roommates will be gone a majority of the time. One is a teacher and plans to travel all summer and the other is a professional with a boyfriend that lives close so she spends most of her time at his place.
