We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Assists the AD in daily project management. Manages and executes multiple national and co-marketing promotions for exciting integrated promotions and interactive account. Assists the account team in providing marketing direction to the client. Makes recommendations to the AD for expanding the scope of the client relationship, based on opportunities observed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with AD in developing relevant project strategies. These strategies become the basis for the creative assignment.
- Takes a proactive leadership role with the client.
- Contributes to solidifying and expanding the day-to-day client/agency relationship.
- Leads team and/or client meetings to discuss assignment parameters.
- Acts as liaison between client and team to deliver relevant information.
- Ensures that deadlines, timetables and approval procedures are adhered to for assigned projects and manages workflow. Helps develop tools and recommendations to improve the current process.
- Reviews/approves and provides input regarding all copy, layout, keylines and proofs prior to presentation.
- Secures all necessary client approval of agency recommendations, including plans, budgets, timetables, copy layouts, finished art and production elements.
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of client's business, industry and marketing needs. Expands personal knowledge of promotion, management techniques and current state-of-the-art production techniques.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree.
- 2-3 years prior agency experience.
- Experience with TV/print/broadcast preferred.
