Job Purpose: To complete all applicable licensing requirements and learn how to market products and services and provide quality service to Customers. Job Related Training Courses, Licensing and Programs: The EFA (Employee of Future Agent) position is a temporary, full time position with full time hours . Within 30-90 days of the start of employment, the successful candidate will be expected to have satisfactorily completed the training and licensing.
