The Client Audit Manager oversees audit process related to Production-specific jobs to ensure audit accuracy and thoroughness, works with team to address any risk areas that are identified.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile documents required for client audit requests; documents include, but not limited to, substantiation for invoices, vendor backup documents and other related items
- Develop and document vendor audit process, outlining how to initiate and oversee a vendor audit
- Collect and analyze vendor input in advance of audit to identify areas to investigate
- Proactively identify and work with manager/client team to correct any risk areas prior to client audits
- Help conduct vendor site checks
- Work with team to take action on items in the event of a Corrective Action Report (CAR) or Preventive Action Report (PAR)
- Coordinate written response to client audit questions or concerns
- Oversee compliance with SAG and other production contracts
- Outline audit process & expectations to Production team through written references, training sessions, ad hoc discussion
Requirements:
- 1-2 years corporate audit experience
- Strong oral and written business communication
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley fundamentals
