As a member of our busy call center, the Customer Service Technical Support Associate is responsible for first level incident assessment, problem resolution, related system testing, and documentation. EOERequirements:Candidate must have previous technical help desk or technical assistance experience, preferably within a busy call center, supporting end user needs for online programs, services and related database management. Candidate must have experience troubleshooting Windows OS, Internet browsers, and relational databases, and be proficient in MS Office. Experience with call center technology, and Mac OS a plus. The Customer Service Technical Support Associate must be highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed in communicating and in troubleshooting with internal colleagues and a diverse customer base. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus
