Our image and document scanning services will convert your mountain of paper into an easily managed, accurately indexed and easily accessible electronic format. Your original paper documents can then be destroyed or stored at a low cost at an off site facility.
We scan documents of all types, quality, size and condition to all standards - TIF, JPEG, PDF, black & white, grayscale, color, etc. Unlike many of our competitors, we can also handle delicate documents and large format plans and drawings. Once processed, your data is returned to you in any of several electronic formats. You can choose CD's or DVD's with images and data indexed according to your specifications. You may also download the information from our website. Your data may also include an easy-to-use electronic file cabinet which allows you to quickly search and retrieve any document you wish. We can also appropriately format data for clients that are already using an electronic document management system.
As with our other services, we offer local pick up and delivery service, document preparation (sorting, de-stapling, unfolding, repairing, etc.) along with procedures that assure the quality of the images and information we produce.
