The Enterprise Relationship Manager (ERM) is the primary liaison between the customer, strategic partners and Initiate Systems during the implementation, support of the Initiate™ Products and throughout the lifecycle of the relationship with the customer.

In this role, the ERM is expected to provide leadership and strategic program and relationship management to create maximum customer value with Initiate Systems.

These responsibilities will consist of:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer/strategic partners and Initiate.
  • Provide technical leadership to the customer as part of the strategic program and relationship management process.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction in each of their accounts and growing and developing referenceable customers through their project, resource and expectation management efforts.
  • Develop trusted business/technical advisor status with customers to ensure strong, long-lasting relationships and strategic references.
  • Assumes a leadership role in the planning of account strategy, working closely with Account Executives, SSG, and Initiate Systems Partners.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, partners and the Initiate virtual account team to develop global implementation plans that will meet the defined needs and requirements of the customers, including budget and timeframes.
  • Evaluate new Initiate™ solution offerings on an ongoing basis and recommend as appropriate to supplement the customer’s initial solution and create additional levels of value.
  • Provide ongoing direction and leadership to project consultants and other virtual account team members to ensure successful implementations and referenceable customers, and accurate project plans/roadmaps, incorporating all significant project variables.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science required MBA or Masters Degree in related discipline preferred.
  • 8 Years of business experience is required 3 years consulting and system implementation experience 5 years of relationship/project management experience.
  • Prior experience within a fast-paced, high-growth and customer focused environment is also preferred.
