At Arc Worldwide, you'll collaborate with an international team of smart professionals to develop innovative marketing solutions for Arc's clients. As an Experience Planner you will leverage consumer insights and business strategy to create desirable and effective user-centered solutions. We work with a wide variety of Fortune 500 clients including Blackberry, Capital One, Diageo, Kellogg's, KraftMaid, McDonald's, Procter & Gamble, Purina, United, Visa and Whirlpool. Arc Worldwide has 37 offices in 31 countries as part of Publicis Groupe, the world's fourth-largest marketing and communications company.

We're looking for Director-level Experience Planners who can fill this unique role, which combines the disciplines of digital strategist, information architect, interaction designer, usability expert, and design collaborator. The full spectrum of Experience Planning assignments, include:
oUnderstanding business objectives and user wants, needs and expectations
oPlanning, executing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research
oFacilitating collaborative work sessions
oPlanning long-term user experience measurement
oSynthesizing research; translating research to solutions
oModeling behavior and process/task flows
oCreating persona/scenarios/storyboards
oShaping product and marketing strategy, design and optimization
oCreating cross-channel marketing plans
oCreating information architectures, interaction diagrams, wireframes
oDefining functional requirements
oPlanning, facilitating, analyzing and reporting on usability testing
oConsulting on the visual design and development of user interfaces online, mobile and in retail spaces
We are seeking a Director-level Experience Planner to have the following qualifications:
- The above educational background
- 8+ years experience in the following areas:
- Applying iterative, user-centered design principles to the design and development of digital solutions
- Managing and executing rigorous audience research, solution validation and measurement plan development for digital solutions
