Generalist Recruiter – Chicago

We are currently seeking experienced Recruiters to work in our Chicago, IL office

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience (in the insurance / financial services industry or generalists) conducting full lifecycle recruiting within a professional services environment, including research, data mining and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates, in-depth candidate assessment, and negotiating offers with preferred candidates.

Specific skills in candidate identification and direct sourcing, client relationship management, written and verbal communication, and meeting deadlines in a professional setting will be essential. Experience developing, and working, an active candidate database will also be considered an asset.


Successful candidates will be able to rapidly develop candidate confidence in understanding their business and specific accomplishments, and qualifying that against client requirements. It is imperative our recruiters have excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated, and able to effectively interface at a variety of levels.

Compensation will be competitive, and based on the background and experience of the selected candidate.
