| Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Inter will have the opportunity to participate in the daily HR activities of a not-for-profit HealthCare / Elder care environment while working on a special project focused on workforce management. This project may be molded to fit the applicants interest or course of study, while also being beneficial to the organization, in any of the following areas: Employee Recruitment and Retention, HR Info Systems, Employee Relations, Staff and Leadership Training, WorkPlace Safety, Compensation Practices.
