Position: Operations Director
Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales and business development team by coordinating the involvement of individuals that are required to deliver energy and sustainability service proposals in their line of business
* Once a contract is closed, responsible for ensuring that the staff is delivering services according to contract terms and conditions in a timely and profitable manner
* Ensure that a high degree of customer satisfaction is maintained for both internal and external clients
* Manage the development of related process documentation, technical tools, templates (e.g., for financial and technical analysis) required for successful implementation of client-serving programs
* Routine management reporting on business unit performance and progress
Requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or law
* Minimum of 8 years experience in the management of a professional staff
* Minimum of 5 years experience in writing or executing written contracts
* Demonstrated interest or experience in energy services, environmental sustainability, or green construction and/or project management
* Strong organizational skills
* Great interpersonal and team-oriented skills
* Ability to lead by influence in a matrix managed environment
* Excellent written, communication, and quantitative skills
