Our client is one of the leading graduate business schools on a global scale with campuses located in Europe, Asia and Middle East. They bring together people, cultures and ideas from around the world to transform organizations, and their unique global perspective and multicultural diversity are reflected in all aspects to the organization's research and teaching. With their recent expansion to North America, we have been retained to recruit a Partner Development Director, Executive Education, to be based in the United States. This newly created position will conduct business from a home office and will report to the Executive Director.

Key to our client's establishing a presence in the U.S. will be developing new relationships with North American corporations. This includes delivering innovative executive development programs that address relevant, current business issues and achieve measurable results for North American companies, across their various geographies of business.

Specific Responsibilities:
* Contribution to the development of company-specific programs and client relationship development strategies.
* Grow existing portfolio of corporate clients within the US.
* Work closely with clients and diagnose potential needs in order to maintain a strong relationship.
* Join forces in conjunction with global company-specific programs to ensure efficient program delivery within North America.
* Work closely with colleagues globally to ensure the development and delivery of premier executive development programs.

Ideal Candidate:
* MS/MBA Required
* 10+ years experience Business Development in a client-facing position such as sales, marketing or consulting, ideally within the Executive Education sector. Could also have extensive experience selling high-end Organizational Development, Learning Development and/or Change Management corporate initiatives.
* Experience selling to "C" suite level decision makers within an organization. Diagnostic consulting skills are critical to this position with experience in program development and delivery a plus.
* Must be open to significant travel within the US, with occasional travel on an international basis.
* Global Business Development experience is a plus.
