Position: Project Architect Healthcare Experience
Design oriented mid sized architecture firm that focuses on healthcare, higher education and corporate mid-rise projects is seeking a project architect with at least 6 years of experience.
Healthcare project background desired. Large scale project experience is a minimum requirement. Bachelors degree is a must, masters degree in architecture a major plus.
We are focusing on growing our LEED business so LEED accreditation is a major selling point.
Licensure is a major plus (candidates who are not at least nearly complete with their IDPs and ready to begin testing in the near future will not be considered at this level)
Position Requirements:
- Architectural project leadership
- Conceptualization/Design leadership
- Lead architectural interns/job captains in construction documentation
- Coordination with MEP/structural consultants
- Architectural construction administration/project management
